Mandated today as standard equipment on all new passenger vehicles, ‘Mercedes Benz’ perfected the ABS (Anti Skid) Braking system.

Now imagine I went into a Toyota car yard to buy a car and the salesman advised me the price was $29,000 dollars. I then decided I really wanted a Mercedes Benz, so I made my way down to the Mercedes car yard. The car salesman told me all about the features and benefits of the car then advised the price was $85,000 dollars.  

I replied by saying, “I really would like the car sir but it’s a little to expensive. The car I was just looking at down at the Toyota car yard had many of the features this Mercedes Benz does, including ABS brakes and it was a lot cheaper.”

I dare say the car salesman would lower his voice and say something like, “I know there are a lot of other car companies out there these day’s, whom have followed suit, but we invented ABS Brakes… we are renown for high quality. Theres nothing wrong with driving a Toyota, but if you want to feel luxury in your hands and can afford it I would drive a Mercedes Benz.”

When I founded our company, I decided I would rather have to explain our prices once than have to apologise for poor quality forever. There is always a company who will do it cheaper; however, I believe the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low prices are forgotten.
